Midland Bank Limited set off its journey as a new generation bank with a view to contribute in all segments of the economy of our country so that simultaneous and sustainable growth can be achieved. We, from the very outset, are determined to render un-parallel financial services to our constituents in order to build a relation that would exist from generations to generations. Midland Bank Limited deems its manpower as most precious asset and contemplates to ensure its continuous development in a befitted manner so that they may able to detect and manage the changing needs of the customers. We are keen to maintain a ‘Compliance Culture’ in every aspect of banking not only in respect of regulatory authorities but also shareholders, stakeholders, patrons and well-wishers. We believe the blend of conventional banking with modern banking and our innovations would eventually aid us to achieve continuous wealth maximization.
